Minimum Guaranteed Number of Guests

The finalized guaranteed number is required 48 hours in advance of the function, and will be the minimum number of people you will be charged for. For example, if you select a $35 per person Dinner Menu for 18 people, you are required to pay for the full 18 dinners ($630) even if only 16 people attend.

Pricing and Policies:

We will reserve the private rooms for any group as long as the minimum is met. Groups reserving a private room must order off a banquet menu.  We allow you to bring in your own wine or dessert. We will charge $10.00 per bottle of wine corking fee.  We charge $15.00 for cake plating for 15 people or less and $25.00 for 16 people or more.

Food and Beverage Minimums:

Monday-Thursday Dinner Minimum = $500 + tax and gratuity

Friday & Saturday Dinner Minimum = $750 + tax and gratuity

Monday-Saturday Brunch or Lunch Minimum = $300 + tax and gratuity

Set-up Charge:

Dinner Function = $100, Lunch Function = $50

This will be added to the final bill and counts toward the food and beverage minimum.

Changes and Cancellations:

In order to hold space we require a credit card number.  The card will not be charged.  All reservations are considered tentative until we receive a signed copy of this contract.

Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 72 hours notice or a charge of one third of the estimated bill will be applied to the credit card on file.  48 hours before the event is scheduled to start, we require a final head count, and no further changes can be made to the menu.

Cancellations in December:

Parties scheduled on Fridays or Saturdays in the month of December will be charged $1000 if cancelled.  Parties scheduled on Monday through Thursday within the month of December will be charged a $750 cancellation fee.
